We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
- EXCHANGE, REFUND AND CANCELATION
- Returns: Your item must be returned in perfect conditions: unworn, unwashed, completely undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. Don't forget of including all labels, tags, bags and original packaging. it’s a requirement to fill out our return form enclosed in each package. We won’t accept any product in bad shape, cut, broken and other issues of these characteristics. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you violate any of our terms or policies.
- Non-returnable (if applicable): (1) Sale purchases (2) Gift cards and Gifts (3) Downloadable software products (4) Items purchased on other distributor’s sites (including, but not limited to stores like "Angry, Young and Poor", "Hells Headbangers recs." and/or "Season of Mist recs".)
- Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed by the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (depending on your bank’s policy). A $5 USD restocking fee will be deducted from your refund (read Point Number 10.)
- Partial refunds (if applicable): An item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. An item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
- Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account once again. Contact your credit card company. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. This normally takes 3-10 days for US national transactions. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
- Sale items (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded: They are always a final sale, which it means they can't be returned, exchanged or refunded.
- Exchanges (if applicable): We replace items if delivered defective items, wrong size or another order mistake made by us. If you need to exchange your item for another size we can totally exchange it for a bigger or smaller size. You either can send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know or you can just fill the form inside your order and attach it inside your return package. Please make sure to follow our Refund Policy (Point number 1). It is not allowed to exchange your current design for another design and/or print(s). Exchanges are submitted to stock availability, We keep ourselves the right of denying you an exchange if you do not respect our “Return” policy.
- Return Address: To return your product you should mail it to the address provided by customer service when you contacted for the first time (e-mail or chat) OR to the address provided in the return form at the right side of this sheet.
- Shipping Cost: The customer will assume financial responsibility for shipping costs of the exchanged item. Shipping labels will be provided by speed-clothes.com ONLY and only if you got a wrong item/order or if the product was discovered defective from production (proofs such as photos might be required). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. But don’t worry, Speed-Clothes.com will re-ship the new product from our warehouse at no additional cost!
- Restocking Fee (if applicable): All refunds are subjected to a $5 of re-stocking fee, which the customer is responsible for. This is to cover the expenses invested in the product online publication fees paid to our servers. Exchanges not subjected to restocking fee.t
- Exchange time-frame: Depending on where you live the time frame may vary, but the whole process shouldn’t be longer than 30 days. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing an additional shipping insurance, because we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. It’s not required, but recommendable.
- Cancel Order: Cancel or change your order anytime if it wasn't fulfilled yet! To do so you can go to your account and cancel it by yourself, simple and effective! If you have problems to do so, please contact us to do it for you. You can't cancel an order once this was shipped.

- International orders: DHL 20-30 business days (Only free shipping) / USPS 7-18 business days.
- National US orders: USPS First Class 3-7 business days / USPS Priority 2-3 business days. / Express 1-2 days.

Are there any charges?
- There are no charges for exchanges or credits.
- There is a $5.- re-stocking fee for refunds.
- Original shipping charge is non-refundable
- You are responsible for return shipping costs UNLESS we shipped the wrong item to you, or we shipped something you didn't purchase.
How do I return?
- It's super easy! Enter you only need your order number and email address. Then, go to this link (click here) and fill the form!
- Follow the screen instructions and select the item(s) you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with extra guidelines if needed :)
How soon will I get my refund or exchange?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you immediately. We will also communicate your approval or rejection for a refund or exchange.
- Refunds will be applied automatically to your original method of payment, within five business days.
- The exchange process might take up to five business days to make it real.
