The re-selling of merchandise is strictly prohibited. Speed Clothes, Hells Headbangers Records, and Season of Mist Records have exclusive control over the quantity of any item you are purchasing. We, at any time, have reserved the right to limit and/or revoke customers purchases.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Pre-orders will not ship until the date specified in the product description and are often subject to change for reasons beyond our control (printing process, production, etc). All additional products purchased with a pre-order will not ship until the date specified in the description of the pre-ordered item. Multiple pre-orders purchased together will not ship until the latest pre-order date. 
Returns must be sent back within 14 days of receiving your order. After 14 days, we don't offer refunds or exchanges. 
      1. Returns: Your item must be returned in the condition it was received: unworn, unwashed, and completely undamaged. Include all labels, tags, bags, and original packaging. The return form on the reverse side of the sales invoice must be filled out in order for your return to be processed. Products that arrive damaged or compromised in any way will not be considered for return, exchange, or refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you violate any of our terms or policies.
      2. Non-returnable (if applicable): (1) Sale purchases (2) Gift cards and Gifts (3) Downloadable software products (4) Items purchased on other distributor’s sites (including, but not limited to stores such as "Angry, Young and Poor", "Hells Headbangers Records" and/or "Season of Mist Records".)
      3. Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed by the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (depending on your bank’s policy). A $5 USD restocking fee will be deducted from your refund (read Point Number 10.)
      4. Partial refunds (if applicable): Items not in their original condition, have damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. An item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
      5. Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card company. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. This normally takes 3-10 days for US national transactions. If you have done all of this and still have not yet received your refund, please contact us at
      6. Sale items (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be refunded. All sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
      7. Exchanges (if applicable): We replace items if they are the incorrect size, arrive defective, or if there is any order related mistake made by us. Fill out the return form on the reverse side of the invoice and send it back with your items. If the invoice is misplaced or lost, send us an email at
      8. Please make sure to follow our Refund Policy (Point number 1) Exchanges cannot be made on the basis of design/band preference. (ex. Midnight leggings can't be exchanged for Possessed leggings)  Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Speed Clothes reserves the right to deny any return, refund, or exchange if the stated policies are not adhered to.
      9. Return Address: To return your product, send it to the address provided by customer service or to the address provided in the return form on the right side of this sheet.
      10. Shipping Cost: The customer will assume financial responsibility for shipping costs of the exchanged item. Shipping labels will be provided by Speed Clothes if the wrong item/order is received, or if the product was discovered defective from production. Photos and proof of defective is requested at the discretion of Speed Clothes. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  Once received, Speed Clothes will re-ship the new product at no additional cost!
      11. Restocking Fee (if applicable): All refunds are subjected to a $5 of re-stocking fee, which the customer is responsible for paying. This is to cover the expenses invested in the product and online publication fees paid to our servers. Exchanges not subjected to a restocking fee.
      12. Exchange time-frame: Our return process takes approximately 30 days. If you are shipping an item over $50, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing additional shipping insurance so you can track the status of your return shipment. Speed Clothes is not responsible for the security or timely delivery of your return shipment. Additional tracking highly recommended. 
      13. Cancel Order:  Items that have not yet been fulfilled are eligible to be canceled. Once an item is shipped, it can't be canceled. No exceptions. Simply log into your account, choose the order you wish to cancel, and follow the prompts. If you encounter technical problems, contact us at

Please beware we don't reply to customer service issues through any of our social media channels.
All products are hand inspected and checked before being shipped. Packages are sent from our workshop in Cleveland, OH or from the Hells Headbangers warehouse in Valley City, OH, USA. Items are subject to stock availability. The package will ship in 1 to 5 business days upon completion of transaction.
Speed Clothes uses USPS or DHL for international orders. Tracking number will be auto-sent via email. Track your order on our site by clicking the "Track Order" icon in the upper right corner of your Account page.
  1. International orders: DHL 20-30 business days (Only free shipping) / USPS 7-18 business days.
  2. National US orders: USPS First Class 3-7 business days / USPS Priority 2-3 business days. / Express 1-2 days.
If your package is returned to us for any reason, we will notify you by email. If you do not respond within 4 weeks, we will return the item(s) into our stock and refund you the amount of the order, less the shipping, and credit card transaction fees. 
Speed Clothes will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
