We're sorry it didn't work out. If you need to return a product, no problemo! We're trying to make it easy, so now you can make your exchanges or returns online, on our site! CLICK HERE and follow the steps ahead. Make sure to read the following information for a smooth performance:

What items are returnable?
  • Any item(s) purchased on our site within 14 days after receiving your order, except for Sale items and all non-refundable items.
  • Undamaged, In its original condition 
  • Unwashed and Unworn
  • In its original packaging: Including bags, labels, and hang tags.
What items are non-refundable?
  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Final Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Handmade or one-of-a-kind products
  • Downloadable software or music
  • Products acquired in another store.
Are there any charges?
  • From March 31st, 2018 ALL returns will have a $5.- re-stocking fee, this include refunds as well as exchanges. 
  • Original shipping charge is non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs UNLESS we shipped the wrong item to you, or we shipped something you didn't purchase.
 How do I return? It's super easy!


  • You only need your order number and email address.
  • Then, go to this link (click here) and fill the form!
  • Follow the screen instructions and select the item(s) you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with extra guidelines if needed :) 
How soon will I get my refund or exchange?
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know you were approved or rejected for a refund or exchange.
  • Refunds will be applied automatically to your original method of payment, within five business days.
  • The exchange process might take up to ten business days to make it real.



    1. Returns: Your item must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. Don't forget to include all labels, tags, bags, and original packaging. We won’t accept any product in bad shape, cut, broken, or manipulated in any way. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if any of these criteria aren’t met.
    2. Non-returnable(1) Sale purchases (2) Gift cards and gifts (3) Downloadable software products or music (4) Handmade or one of a kind product (5) Items purchased on other distributor’s sites (such as Hells Headbangers, Season of Mist, eBay or any other sales channel).
    3. Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed using the original method of payment. Deposit times depend on your banking institution. A $5 USD restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
    4. Partial refunds (if applicable): An item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or agreed as a mutually between the customer and the vendor (Speed Clothes).
    5. Late or missing refunds  (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank. There is usually processing time before a refund is posted. We suggest checking your bank and credit statements prior to contacting us. 
    6. Items on Sale:  Sale items cannot be refunded (see number 2)
    7. Exchanges: We replace items if they are defective, wrong size, or another mistake made by us. Size exchanges are accepted. Go online and click in the MAIN MANU> ABOUT> RETURNS /EXCHANGES and follow the steps, or complete the return form on this sheet and include it in your return package. All refund policies apply, review terms to clarify. Exchanging your current design for another design and/or print(s) is not permitted. Exchanges are subject to stock availability
    8. Return Address: All returns must be mailed to the listed return address unless otherwise noted.
    9. Wrong delivery address: For your reference, if you submit a wrong or insufficient delivery address which causes the return of a product to us, or if the item is unclaimed, the Purchaser agrees to pay the total shipping cost to for reshipping and repacking.  In the event that a parcel is returned to our headquarters and the customer requests a refund, the customer is responsible for the initial shipping and handling fees. If your last parcel was unable to be delivered successfully, please respond with your correct delivery address (as it should appear on the envelope). We can quickly provide a new shipping quote without the need of waiting for the parcel to return to our workshop: We are prepared to give a quote for re-shipment today. 
    10. Shipping Cost: The customer will assume financial responsibility for shipping costs of the item he wants to exchange. will cover shipping expenses in the event of you getting a wrong order, or a defective item from production or manufacturing. Otherwise, shipping costs are non-refundable.
    11. Restocking Fee  (if applicable): All returns are subject to a $5 re-stocking fee and will be auto-deducted from your total refund, in case you're looking forward a refund. This re-stocking fee is necessary to cover expenses invested in the product listing and online publication fees paid to our servers, as well as credit card fees and conversions. 
    12. Exchange time-frame:   Return process takes up to 30 days, despite your geographical location. Consider using a trackable shipping service. Highly recommended.
